It will become obvious to anyone looking at this site that we and our friends have several abiding interests on our travels including interesting and varied landscapes, fascinating cities and towns and something of an obsession with ancient buildings and especially ruins!

We enjoy sharing our experiences and the many thousands of  photos we’ve taken along the way hope you enjoy a glimpse into our travels. With a map in one hand and a camera in the other, we’ve been exploring the incredible sights and sounds of the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and Turkey among others.
